Angie, here is a direct link to a page that has some weird illustrations of scarf tying. They are much better when demonstrated in the class.

You and your client should check out www.lookgoodfeelbetter.org website, it has alot of great info and resources. Also, www.cancerandcareers.org is a good resource that had info I found interesting.

Fun Fact that I remember from my class, that the head can look flat without hair and an easy way to fix that under a scarf or turban is a handy dandy shoulder pad. Also, the dry itchy skin. Use warm water, non drying sproducts, a liquid soap is less drying than bars typically, do not use cortizone creams, and using a light water based moisturizer in a pump or tube (just not a jar - contamination) will help with dry skin. Maybe a Nivea or lubriderm, or Cetaphil or Cerave? No scent.

Also, start working on drawing eyebrows, they take practice and you should get good before you feel bad. And get your client a nice shade of lip stick.

You should encourage your client to attend a Look Good Feel Better class.

Hope this info helps - Steph
